
Laughter Yoga or Hashya Yoga is based on the principle of “laughter for no reason” and consists in a series of relaxation exercises inspired by Yoga (deep breathing, stretching, …) and is punctuated by laughter exercises at regular intervals (“hohohahaha”) – the guiding thread of the session.
Thanks to the contagious nature of laughter, these laughter exercises lead fairly quickly to a natural and spontaneous laughter.
