Description
Dans cet atelier, vous allez être initié à l’art de la Calligraphie Japonaise (Shodo) et tracer les signes appelés « Kanji » à l’aide du pinceau et de l’encre de Chine sur papier de riz, selon les techniques traditionnelles du Japon. Le Shodo est considéré comme une voie, à la fois pratique artistique, méditative et d’évolution personnelle.
L’atelier dure 3 heures et inclut les explications des bases de la Calligraphie Japonaise (origine, matériel technique), l’étude de Kanji et leur tracé, quelques mouvements de détente du corps pour faire circuler l’énergie, pause thé). L’essentiel de l’enseignement passe par la pratique.
Notre atelier sera mis à disposition ainsi qu’une salle d’expression corporelle pour les exercices physiques
Tout le matériel est fourni.
